Shipping Info
Delivery of apparel items, typically takes 10–15 business days inside the continental United States. Occasionally, we may need to print an item to order. In this case the order may take slightly longer to be delivered. During such instances, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue.
For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over any such fees and are therefore not responsible for their payment.
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Cristopher Mark relinquishes responsibility of the package once it has left the studio. Customers shall be required to take up any and all claims with the freight carrier delivering the order.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
